Victory Commercial Appliance Repair
Choosing a business to repair a faulty appliance isn’t easy. In Los Angeles and the surrounding areas there are a lot of options and it’s not always easy to determine which business will provide you with the biggest bang for your buck.
The good news is that as long as you willing to be patient, there are ways to streamline the process.
Start by looking for commercial appliance repair companies that not only say they repair Victory commercial appliances, but actually have a team of techs who have training and experience working on it. By choosing a company with actual hands on experience with the brand will have an easier time accurately troubleshooting the issue and will have the correct parts instead of trying to jury rig a solution. Sometimes the company’s that only pretend to have experience with your brand/type of appliance they can actually do more damage and even ruin the appliance.
Make sure that company provides free estimates, same day repairs, customer satisfaction, and accurate repairs.
When you do your homework, you’ll enjoy a hassle free appliance repair experience.
The day you walk into your business and discover your Victory fridge, the same one you could have sworn was working flawlessly just a few hours, ago is no longer doing anything to keep the food inside cool is never a good day. It’s a day when you have to ask yourself some serious questions.
Replace or Repair
The hardest decision generally doesn’t involve who to turn to for repairs, but rather you should or shouldn’t get the fridge repaired at all. As a society, we’ve kind of developed a throw away attitude. While there are times when replacing an old fridge that requires a great deal of work is the most sensible solution, if that’s how you respond to every commercial appliance repair emergency, it’s a habit that’s costing you thousands and thousands of dollars.
The truth is that any Victory fridge that’s less than 15 years old and been well maintained is worth saving. You’ll get enough years out of the unit to justify the cost of the repairs, especially when the repairs are as high quality and low cost as the ones we provide.
And what if your fridge is older than 15? At that point it’s basically a fridge by fridge thing, but you should at least arrange to get an estimate on the repairs which will help you make an informed decision.
How we Help
The trick to getting the most out of Vulcan fridge repairs is choosing a company that’s going to provide high quality repairs, who has repair techs that look for underlying or hidden problems, and who keep their rates affordable. We do all that and more! Within minutes of making the initial phone call to set up a same day commercial appliance repair appointment, you’ll understand that we put more effort in our work than any of the other companies that serve Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. They can’t hold a candle to us.
Every single person connected to our business, understands that we’re very strict about our customer comes first policy. We expect every single employee you encounter, from the rep who answers the initial call to the tech we send to your business to make the actual repair, and anyone else you might encounter to treat you like the most important person they’ve met all day. While they are on the job, both you and your Victory fridge will enjoy their undivided attention.
No Hidden Fees
We have heard from customers who tried a different commercial appliance repair company before turning to us about getting an estimate that seemed reasonable, only to find out after the work was done and they were handed the invoice, that the company had an assortment of hidden fees they “forgot” to mention. We don’t understand why some businesses do that, and we promise we won’t follow their example.
The price you’re quoted before the repair work begins represents the maximum amount we’ll charge once we’ve completed the work.

Caring for your Commercial Victory Fridge
The best way to extend the life of your refrigerator, decrease the amount of energy it uses, and avoid seeing us on a regular basis is learning how to properly care and maintain the appliance. The good news is that maintaining the unit is quite simple.
Keep the Coils Free of Dust and Debris
It’s easy to take the condenser and evaporator coils located at the back of the fridge for granted, but that can lead to problems with the fridge’s ability to perform properly. Every six months or so, take a vacuum cleaner and use it to remove any dust that’s accumulated on and in the coils. Doing this saves you the hassle and expense of replacing the coils.
Inspect the Seals
Even the smallest gap between the door seals and the side of the fridge can result in cool air leaving the fridge and your produce spoiling. In addition to a visual inspection, run your hand along the seals. If you feel even a small whiff of cold air, it’s time to replace the seals
Check the Thermostat’s Calibration
Keep a spare thermostat on hand and every few weeks tuck it into the fridge and compare it’s reading with the one that’s built into the fridge. If the temps are different, you’ll need to readjust the internal thermostat. If you have to readjust the internal thermostat every time you check the calibration, it’s time to replace it.
The benefit of routinely checking the calibration is that you’ll get an early warning to other problems with the fridge’s performance.
Don’t Overstuff the Contents
There are times when overfilling your fridge is unavoidable but don’t make a habit out of it. Overstuffing the fridge leads to two separate problems. First, the food doesn’t stay well preserved. Second, it forces the fridge to work too hard which can cause the motor to burn out.
