LA Fix It has been servicing my restaurant (Dagwoods in Santa Monica) for years now. They have treated me like family since day one and I can’t tell you how much I love these guys. Mike is the best repair guy I’ve ever met. Always on-time, does exceptional work quickly, always for a very fair price, and has a fantastic sense of humor. Him and his team have serviced almost all of our commercial refrigerators/freezers over the years (from display fridge, to walk-in cooler, to freezer, etc.); and if anything has ever made more sense economically to buy new vs. repair it, they always give it to me straight. LA Fix It truly cares about the people they serve and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

I just closed escrow on my first home and it came with all of these fancy appliances that I had no idea how to go about servicing them. That’s until I called LAFIXIT and they came to the rescue. They charged me a significantly lower service fee then most other places I found. They actually care and Nathan even called me the following week to follow up if everything is working fine. Mike and Esther have been servicing my whole families houses in different parts of Los Angeles for almost 12 years now. They became like members of the family. Ive worked with Michael for the past 8 years. He comes to my restaurant and my house. He saved us a lot of money on appliances. If it wasn’t for Michael I would have to keep replacing my commercial equipment. He always tells me that the restaurant workers are the main reason kitchen equipment breaks. It’s always misused. He showed me some simple things that I explained to all my workers about refrigerators and walk in coolers to keep them lasting longer and work better.

I called at 8am. Yuriy was already at my house not even 2 hours later. I was shocked at the speed of the response time. They work faster then a hospital. I needed a motherboard for my Viking dishwasher. He left for 40 minutes to go get what he needed, came back immediately after and vuala. Good as new!
